I Wish....

It was a lovely day, just as I would have wanted, they said. Not a cloud in sight and the blue sky was illuminating a twinkle in the tears that were being shared around the court yard of the crematorium. I looked around the room filled with familiar faces, ‘Not a bad turn out’ I thought to myself.

Welcome 2011....

It’s that time of year when we begin to look back, reflect and analysis the year as it begins to come to its end. We ask; where did this year go? What have I done this year? But maybe the questions we should be asking are: Have a made a difference this year? What have I learnt this year and how can I grow next year?

We do the same every New Years Eve and promise the next year will be different. However unlike millions of you out there, I never want this year to end. I stand proud and tell ...

PITSTOP! From Business Woman to Globe Trotter!

When I booked this trip all the way back in July this year, I had no idea what I was letting myself in for. To be honest, and upon reflection my decision to travel was made flippantly and with very little thought. In July my decision to sell Gemini Directories was made on the Monday and then the idea was to take a long break, however by the Tuesday my trip around the world was booked and paid for. As I said, the decision was made a little hastily, but to this day I wouldn’t change it.
